5) the attestation that the operation sub 3) and 4) have made known to them the data have been communicated and carried, except the event in which that accomplishment is impossible or involves an investment obviously disproportionate regarding the protected right;
6) to oppose: to data processing - though appropriate to the collection purpose – by lawful reasons; to data processing with aim of commercial information or marketing research.
